界面剂的使用方法

Application of interface agents

1、环境需干燥：施工环境须干燥，相对湿度应小70%；通风要良好。基面及环境的温度不应低于+5℃。

2、清理墙面：基面应干净、不松动、无灰尘，油脂、青苔、地毯胶等杂质应清除掉, 松动及开裂部位应事先凿除并修补好。      

2. Clean up the wall: the base should be clean, not loose, no dust, grease, moss, carpet glue and other impurities should be removed, loose and cracked parts should be cut and repaired in advance.      

3、原有裂缝地处理：用油灰刀把裂纹切开，尽量深一些，填入嵌缝石膏。注意一定要填实，填均匀。然后用牛皮纸把出现裂纹的地方贴上，干燥后再刮腻子或做其它工艺地处理。

4、搅拌：如果是干粉型，每袋粉料（20公斤）加10升的水(水:粉=0.5 :1)，须用电动设备进行搅拌, 搅拌成均匀的稀浆状；如果是乳液型，水泥∶砂：界面剂=1∶2∶0.5比例混合搅拌均匀，须用电动设备进行搅拌, 搅拌成均匀的稀浆状。

4, mixing: if it is dry powder, each bag of powder (20 kg) plus 10 liters of water (water: powder =0.5: 1), must be stirred with electric equipment, stirring into a homogeneous slurry; if it is emulsion type, cement: Sand: interface agent =1: 2: 0.5 ratio mixing and stirring evenly, must be stirred with electric equipment, stirring into a homogeneous slurry. .

5、涂刷与干燥：用滚筒或毛刷把浆料涂刷到基面上，不能漏刷，然后让涂面干燥（约12小时）。

6、养护与成品保护：必须加强通风,自然养护即可，待浆料实干并确认完全封闭基面后,方可开展后续的工序。       

6. Maintenance and finished product protection: ventilation must be strengthened, natural maintenance can be done, until the slurry dry and confirm that the fully closed base, can carry out the follow-up process.       

7、工具的清洗：凝固的浆料很难清除。工具用后，应尽快用水清洗干净。
