混凝土界面剂应用经验
①首先,关键是要知道用于什么基面,采取什么施工方式,再选择用什么材料,不是有一个界面剂配方就什么都用的上。如果用抹刀抹(单组分常用施工方式),就不用担心界面剂过稠,配方中加水量一般较低(25%左右),抹完后界面剂没干时,马上抹砂浆,粘结力是最好的;如果用刷子刷涂施工,就不能用粗砂,多加一些胶粉,提高用水量(40%左右),但是成本会提高;还有就是用喷枪喷涂施工。

⑤XPS板乳液界面剂用几种乳液和水混合就行,一般多选择VAE乳液,与水拌和,吸水率一般的基层就少用点乳液,吸水率大的基层就多加点乳液,然后加少量消泡剂、纤维素醚之类的,要是需要放一段时间再加点防霉剂等。做出来之后的界面剂和水泥砂浆搅拌也叫界面剂,根据实际情况可用在其他方面。要注意的一点是,乳液加入量的浓度不要太高,否则界面剂结膜反而会起到相反的效果。
